Center for Growing Talent by PMA and Cal Poly
Cal Poly has a long-standing history with the Produce Marketing Association. Hundreds of alumni gather each year at the Fresh Summit where one of PMA's Career Pathways Program takes place. Following an application process, four students from CAFES are selected to attend the leadership experience where they are paired with an industry leader, learn side by side with produce and floral professionals, and walk the expo floor networking the entire four days.
